01. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using SUPREME-AI ("Platform", "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or enterprise entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

02. Description of Services

SUPREME-AI provides a global generative intelligence and multi-agent orchestration platform, including model routing, vector memory context, task automation routines, and developer API toolkits.

03. User Accounts & Authentication Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and session tokens. You agree to notify SUPREME-AI immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Account registration requires a valid email address and non-disposable credentials.
• Users are strictly responsible for all activity conducted under their API keys and workspace environments.

You agree NOT to use SUPREME-AI to perform or facilitate any of the following prohibited actions:

05. Ownership of Content & AI Outputs

Your Inputs & Outputs: As between you and SUPREME-AI, you retain all ownership rights to the prompts, code, and content you submit to the Platform ("Inputs"), as well as the generative responses produced for you ("Outputs"), subject to compliance with third-party model provider terms.

Platform Intellectual Property: SUPREME-AI, its branding, UI assets, multi-agent framework architecture, and Setu integration platform remain the exclusive property of SUPREME-AI Services.

06. Billing, Quotas & Subscriptions

Certain features of SUPREME-AI require paid subscription tiers or credit usage. All billing transactions in Nepal are securely processed in NPR via authorized digital wallets (eSewa and Khalti). Subscriptions are manual monthly renewals with zero automatic recurring debits.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: unused credit packs are refundable within 7 days, and monthly subscriptions are refundable within 3 days if unused.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL GENERATIVE AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GENERATIVE AI MODELS MAY OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE INACCURATE OR HALLUCINATED INFORMATION; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING CRITICAL OUTPUTS.
