Encrypted Workloads

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest.

No AI Training

Your private prompts, documents, and agent workloads are never used to train public models.

Isolated Storage

Multi-tenant vector memory and databases are strictly isolated per account and organization.

01. Information We Collect

When you register and interact with SUPREME-AI, we collect the following categories of information to provide global generative intelligence services:

Account Credentials: Full name, email address, profile picture (via Firebase Auth / Google OAuth).
AI Input Data & Prompts: Text prompts, uploaded documents, code snippets, media assets, and agent task parameters provided to the platform.
System Telemetry & Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session timestamps, and operational API latency metrics.
Billing Information: Transaction histories and payment metadata (processed securely via Stripe or eSewa; card details are never stored on our servers).

02. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to maintain, optimize, and secure platform execution:

To route prompts and agent requests to requested multi-model AI backends (e.g. Google Gemini, DeepSeek).
To maintain vector memory context, agent execution logs, and project history.
To monitor infrastructure performance, enforce usage quotas, and prevent unauthorized rate abuse or malicious attacks.
To communicate critical account notices, security updates, and billing confirmations.

03. AI Data Privacy & Model Training Policy

Strict Non-Training Guarantee

SUPREME-AI does NOT sell, rent, or use your proprietary user prompts, documents, custom agent configurations, or workspace outputs to train foundation LLMs. All API invocations to model providers utilize commercial enterprise endpoints with zero-data-retention agreements where supported.

04. Authentication & Cookies

We utilize standard authentication tokens and essential cookies powered by Firebase Authentication and Next.js session handlers. These cookies store your encrypted session state and user preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser, but essential session cookies are required for authentication.

05. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver enterprise-grade services, we partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers under strict privacy standards:

Google Cloud & Firebase: Hosting, authentication, cloud build, and database infrastructure.

Neon Database: Primary serverless PostgreSQL data storage.

Upstash Redis & Vector: High-speed caching and agent memory vector indexing.

Stripe & eSewa: PCI-DSS compliant payment processing gateways.

06. Data Retention & Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your data. You may request data deletion or account closure at any time through Account Settings or by contacting support. Upon account termination, personal data and workspace resources are permanently purged from active databases within 30 days.
